Senior Human Resource Practitioner

A vacancy exists at our head officein Mooketsi for ʼn Snr Human Resource Practitioner. The incumbent will provide acomprehensive human resource support service to the organization within theframework of the ZZ2 value system and ethical codes.

Appropriate postgraduatequalification with experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge and application of theapplicable labor legislation in question.

Extensive practical exposure in thefull spectrum of the Human Resources domain.

Understanding and knowledge in theapplication of human resource systems and accreditation requirements.

The incumbent must actsystematically and professionally during task execution.

Good communication skills inAfrikaans & English (verbal and written). Knowledge of an African languagewill serve as a recommendation.

Computer skills in MicrosoftOffice, Word, Excel and Google Sheets are essential.

Living out and supporting the ZZ2value system by creating a positive culture and empowering climate.

Give inputsto the human resourcestrategy.

Ensure the consistent applicationof the personnel policies and conditions of service.

Comply with all applicable laborlaws and make corrections / recommendations where deviations occur.

Development of and provide guidanceto staff working with the incumbent.

Execution of specific humanresource related projects in collaboration with other functional departments.

Focus areas include the followingtasks: managing the employment and disciplinary processes, personnel planning,setting productivity standards, setting budgets, implementing systems andgeneral human resource management matters to Functional Management.
