A Vacancy exists at our head officein Mooketsi for ʼn Remuneration Manager. The focus of the position is on themanagement, audit, review, integration and integrity of the remunerationsystems with the payment of wages and salaries within the ZZ2 Group ofCompanies. The service will be provided within the framework of the ZZ2 valuesystem and code of ethics.

Qualifying requirements:

Appropriate postgraduate academic qualification with directed practical experience of 5 - 8 years (B.Com).

Be up to date with relevant legislation (Tax, Basic Conditions of Employment - Labor Relations Act, etc.)

Strong numeracy with high level of precision and accuracy.

Practical exposure to audit requirements.

Extensive and relevant experience in the operation of payroll and other personnel-related systems. (VIP Sage 300 People, ACCPAC).

Systematic and professional conduct in the performance of duties as well as having a high level of ethical conduct in handling confidential information.

Computer skills in using Microsoft Office suite as well as Google Sheets are essential.

Candidates must have a valid driving license and their own transport.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure the integrity of data with the processing and payment of wages and salaries within the ZZ2 Group.

Management and administration of company medical, pension, and funeral funds.

Ensure the accurate calculation and overpayment of all statutory payments to relevant institutions.

Administrations and further implementation of the VIP Sage 300 People system.

Compliance with all Audit Requirements and Reconciliations with monthly closures.

Digitization of wages and attendance systems.

Can give professional guidance in team.
