ZZ2 has open vacancies for project managers in the Limpopo Province.
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable person whom has a passion for agriculture, who can complete tasks purposefully, systematically and successfully within the ZZ2 ethical code and established value system.
Candidates must have the following qualifying requirements:
Proven knowledge and experience(minimum 5 years) farming practices.
Proven knowledge of establishment of orchards pruning practices and labour legislation is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with an appropriate qualification in agriculture or vocational training.
Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Computer skills as well as experience in using Microsoft Office and G Suite package is a prerequisite.
A valid driver's license is required.
Primary responsibilities and duties include:
Optimal and effective management, utilization of all resources on the farm.
Cultivation of fruits, vegetables and other high value products.
Optimization of production processes with a view to increase yield and productivity.
Project execution and support.
Quality control of outputs and handling of all personnel aspects.
Maintenance of fixed assets.
Daily execution and management of tasks aligned with the values of ZZ2.
