Mechanic

ZZ2's Technical Division has vacancies available for qualified diesel mechanics in both the Limpopo and Gauteng Provinces. Successful applicants will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of tractors but also other vehicles such as trucks and bakkies used on the production units. Other repairs to implements that include construction machinery and equipment must also be done

Requirements of the job include:

Compliance with the ZZ2 value system and act within the company's code of ethics.

Ability to handle conflict and have good interpersonal skills.

Candidates must be able to work independently, but also in a team context.

Candidate must have good communication- and leadership skills.

Qualifying requirements include:

Completed trade in one of the relevant disciplines, with proof of registration (Red Seal).

Have proven practical experience and extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of tractors, trucks, construction machinery and bakkies (minimum 5 years experience).

Candidates must have a valid driving license, Code EC will be preferred.
