ZZ2's Technical Department located in Mooketsi is looking to appoint a qualified boilermaker. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of boilermaker and other related tasks who can complete these purposefully, systematically and successfully within the ZZ2 ethical code and established value system.
Qualifying requirements:
Have a qualified and appropriate trade Boilermakers will enjoy preference
Must have proven and practical exposure in the subject matter
Have extensive experience in mechanical repairs, general welding and borehole equipment repair and maintenance
Primary responsibilities and duties include:
The creation and establishment of structures, repair and maintenance of equipment and implements
The development and maintenance of water supply networks
Completion of time sheets and worksheets for tasks completed
Maintaining workplace discipline and standards, adhering to occupational health and safety protocols and completing administrative tasks
Requirements of the post include:
Ability to deal with conflict and have good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be prepared to be on standby and work overtime as well as perform emergency repairs after hours
Candidates must be able to work independently, but also in a team
The successful candidate should consist of good leadership skills
Code EC (14) heavy vehicle license will serve as a recommendation
