5 ZZ2 Naturally Fresh Tomatoes. chopped
1 Punnet ZZ2 Spanish Santé tomatoes, chopped
2 Tsp grated ginger
2 Cloves garlic, grated
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp crushed chillies
1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Add all ingredients toa a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook over high heat, uncovered, for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring regularly (especially towards the end of the time as the jam will start to thicken).
Let cool and place in sterilized jarss.
Serve with cheese boards or have on hot toast with butter.
