1 punnet of ZZ2 Romanitas
Fresh basil leaves
Cocktail sosatie sticks
Balsamic vinegar
Bread (sourdough bread or Ciabatta)
Salami
Mozzarella balls
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Insert a ZZ2 Romanita mini-tomato onto a cocktail sosatie stick. Follow with a basil leaf and a Mozzarella ball.
Repeat as many you need (+- 15 to 20 sticks for a picnic)
Place on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the salami and bread.
To eat, soak the bread in the olive oil and balsamic and eat with a Caprese salad stick and salami.
