½ ZZ2 Avocado
1 Banana (frozen)
1 Large spinach leaf
½ Cup almond milk
2 Tbsp honey
2cm Piece fresh ginger
Handful fresh mint leaves
Couple of ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass of choice, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy immediately.
