Steak and chop seasoning
100 ml ZZ2 100% Romanita Tomato Juice
4 ZZ2 Romanita tomatoes, roughly chopped
5 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Tabasco, to taste
60 ml Gin
200 ml Tonic Water
Ice
Whole chilli, for garnish
To rim the glass, take a piece of lime and rub it on the edge of the glass and dip it in the steak and chop seasoning. In a glass place the ice, Romanita tomatoes, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco. Top up with the tonic water and serve with a whole chilli as garnish.
