2 squares of Feta with dried olives
2 Punnets of Romanita tomatoes
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 Pack pasta screws
salt & black pepper
Handful fresh basil leaves
15 Black Olives
Place the feta squares on top of one another in the center of an ovenproof dish.
Cut the Romanita tomatoes in half and add to the dish, around the feta.
Add the garlic, drizzle generous amount of olive oil and season with freshly ground salt and black pepper.
Pop into the oven and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 45 mins.
Meanwhile, bring some water to a boil, add the pasta, salt and some olive oil and cook until soft. Drain and set aside.
Remove the tomato bake from the oven. Mash the feta, garlic and tomatoes with a spoon or fork. Combine well to form a sauce.
Add the cooked pasta, some shredded basil leaves and olives. Combine well and garnish with a little more basil.
